Dolly Duran is the co-founder of Atelier 5‑Star, a boutique hospitality education platform dedicated to elevating guest experiences through exceptional hosting, intentional service, and operational excellence. Based in South Florida, Dolly has been an Airbnb Superhost since 2017, a Superhost Ambassador, and an active Community Leader, mentoring hundreds of hosts and short-term rental entrepreneurs across the U.S.

Dolly has served on Airbnb’s Host Advisory Board and is a featured presenter with the Airbnb Entrepreneurship Academy, where she inspires new hosts, especially from underrepresented communities, to turn their homes into thriving, meaningful businesses. Her thoughtful, culturally grounded approach to hospitality is deeply influenced by her Dominican-American heritage and her family’s legacy of warm, generous hosting.
