Dr. Gershwin Narraidoo is a hospitality educator, service strategist, and industry leader with over 30 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, and high-end transportation. As founder of Atelier 5 Star, he delivers AI-powered courses that help professionals master five-star service, elevate hospitality standards, and create extraordinary guest experiences.
He has played a key role in enhancing service excellence at Brightline Trains and was instrumental in Acqualina Resort’s success, leading it to be ranked #1 Luxury Resort in the U.S. (U.S. News & World Report) for two consecutive years. Under his leadership, Acqualina became one of the first 10 luxury resorts in the world to earn Forbes Travel Guide’s VERIFIED™ Responsible Hospitality Certification.
A former professor at Johnson & Wales University, Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School in Australia, and Vatel Hotel School in Mauritius, Dr. Narraidoo has shaped the careers of hospitality professionals worldwide. A certified expert in wine and spirits education (WSET, Society of Wine Educators, and École du Vin de Bordeaux), he specializes in luxury guest service, food and beverage excellence, and butler and private concierge training.
